Shipping Areas We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Canada): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

International Shipping Details

Shipping Rates:

  • USA: Starting from CAD $15 for standard shipping
  • Europe: Starting from CAD $25 for standard shipping
  • Asia/Pacific: Starting from CAD $30 for standard shipping
  • Other destinations: Rates calculated at checkout

Duties, Taxes & Customs:

  • Import duties and taxes are NOT included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and vary by destination
  • Duties and taxes are typically collected upon delivery or at your local post office
  • We provide accurate product descriptions and Harmonized System (HS) codes for customs clearance
  • Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) vs Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Most shipments are sent DDU, meaning you pay duties upon delivery
